Pyro Olympics 2008

We reserved a table last week at Gumbo's at the Mall of Asia to have a nice view of the second week of the 2008 Pyro Olympics competition.

The barge where the fireworks will be deployed from is being prepared.

Most people were not expecting the fireworks to start yet as it had been raining... the first bang result to a organized rush to the exit.

Neo Chinatown

Neo Chinatown is a mini-mall which opened earlier this year. It is located, behind Powerstation in Macapagal Avenue, near the boundaries of Pasay and Paranaque City. Neo Chinatown biggest feature right now is the night market, it is pretty much empty before sunset. Will be posting pictures of the night market tomorrow.

The Mall of Asia is the largest mall in the Philippines. In terms of floor area it is the seventh largest mall in the world. It is located at the reclamation area in Pasay City being built right on the waterfront.
