Last year, I was invited to a cooking demo at Enderun, among others, a culinary school in McKinley Hill. It was an interesting day, having witnessed a culinary expert like Chef Chalopin show us a thing or two about preparing gourmet dishes and toured the spacious grounds and impressive facilities of the campus.
